Presales Network Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Italy-based) | Department: Technical & Sales Engineering
MobiMESH inPiazza is looking for a highly skilled Presales Network Engineer to support our sales and technical teams in the design, validation, and presentation of advanced networking solutions for our clients. This hybrid role combines technical consultancy, solution architecture, and direct customer engagement to ensure the successful implementation of our WiFi platforms and proximity marketing technologies.
THE ROLE
- Generate, qualify, and manage both inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct online product demos and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Regularly update the CRM and manage all stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and improve sales strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B sales, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry
- Strong customer relationship and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and a high degree of autonomy
- Team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
- Prior experience in technology or software sales is essential
