VoiSmart announces the merger by absorption of inPiazza
Following the merger by incorporation of inPiazza, the VoiSmart Group was born, combining the VoiSmart established expertise in the telecommunications sector with the phygital solutions developed by inPiazza, which specialise in the management and monetisation of physical spaces to enhance the customer journey.
From today, inPiazza represents the VoiSmart Group’s WiFi offering (Captive Portal, Guest WiFi, Location Analytics and Passpoint). At the same time, the 2Guide Indoor Navigation solution is officially added to the VoiSmart product portfolio as a QR-code-based digital wayfinding platform.
An integrated offering for the phygital customer journey
With this merger, VoiSmart is expanding its technology offering, enabling customers, system integrators, telecoms operators, public sector bodies and large organisations (healthcare, retail, airports, universities, hospitality) to rapidly roll out monetisable Guest WiFi services, geolocation-based advertising campaigns, footfall analysis and digital wayfinding.
The solutions are available in both cloud-based and on-premises modes to meet data residency and compliance requirements according to customers’ needs.
